This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Rourkela Sector-15 P.S. Case No.28 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.3250 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Rourkela for commission of the alleged offence punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal. Perused the first information report annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that on completion of investigation, final report has been

// 2 // submitted on the ground that no clue is available regarding the culprit.

In view of such submission made by the learned counsel for the State, since there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners in connection with this case, this anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
