For the nature of relief sought for and for pendency of the Order No.

application at the instance of the Petitioners, vide Annexure-3 on the selfsame grounds, this Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage and the same stands disposed of directing O.P.2 to look into the request of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-3 and pass appropriate orders on the same but however keeping in view the development, if any, through encroachment proceeding 1750/03-04 appended at Page-11 of the Brief and the penalty paid by the Petitioner finds place at Pages-12 & 13 of the Brief within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
