This matter is taken up through video conference mode. 2.

The Petitioners make an allegation of violation of guideline issued by the Special Relief Commissioner, vide Annexure-5. For the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Collector, Khorda, O.P.2 is authorized to look into such grievance. Undisputedly, there is no such complain pending before O.P.2 as of now. In the circumstance, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty for the Petitioners to approach the O.P.2 for undertaking appropriate exercise involving Annexure-4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly permitted to be withdrawn but however with the liberty as prayed for.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of
