Mr. Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate upon instructions submits that the Court concerned has not yet received the appeal purported to have been filed by the petitioner. He by referring to (Annexure-2) points out that it was submitted in the Secretariat without reflecting as to which office of the Minister it related to. However, since the appeal has been annexed as (Annexure-2) herein, he will forward this appeal to be treated as a registered appeal before the concerned authority for an appropriate decision. 2.

In view of the above, we find no grounds to pursue with the present Contempt Petition. However, we request the Court concerned to decide the appeal (Annexure-2) in accordance with law within next four months from today and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
