Heard Mr. A.S. Paul, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

According to Mr. Paul, the petitioner is aggrieved by the tardy manner in which investigation is going on in connection with Balianta P.S. Case No.101 dated 5.4.2021 registered for commission of offences under Sections 279/304A, I.P.C. During course of hearing, he submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the D.C.P., Bhubaneswar (opposite party no.2) for redressal of his grievances.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the D.C.P., Bhubaneswar (opposite party no.2) by filing a grievance petition along with a certified copy of this order through Speed Post/Registered Post within a period of two weeks. In

// 2 // the event such grievance petition is received by opposite party no.2, he/she is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said petition and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner. 5.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
