1. This Petitioner is a subsequent purchaser from a lessee whose lease has been cancelled by the impugned order of the ADM, Bhubaneswar in Revision Case No.735 of 1987. 2.On that short ground the impugned order dated 21st September, 1987 is hereby set aside and Revision Case No.735 of 1987 is restored to the file of the ADM, Bhubaneswar for bring proceeded with afresh after hearing the present Petitioner and any other parties who may have an interest in the land in question. For this purpose, the Revision Case No. 735 of 1987 is directed to be listed before the ADM, Bhubaneswar on 2nd May, 2022 on which date the Petitioners will appear along with a downloaded copy of this order. The ADM, Bhubaneswar is requested to pass a reasoned order, after hearing the parties, disposing
