This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 1.

The present contempt has been filed for the alleged willful violation of the order dated 16th March, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.19289 of 2020.

Mr. Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate points out that the present contempt is totally misconceived as vide the aforesaid directions dated 16th March, 2021, the Writ Petition was disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority with no further directions.

We find the position as stated by the State Counsel to be correct. Hence, no cause to maintain the present Contempt Petition.

In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is accordingly dismissed.
