3. Mr. R.C. Mohanty, learned counsel for the opposite party No.3 contended that since the petitioner's institution challenges selection of 40 candidates for admission in B.Sc. Nursing course in the academic year, 2012-2013, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.
