This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.
On consideration of report for establishing an agro based industry, the Sugo Branch of UCO Bank, Jaleswar in the district Balasore sanctioned Term Loan and Cash Credit Loan against which the Petitioner, proprietress of M/s. Jaylalita Feeds availed loan of Rs.19,50,000/-. On account of difficulty faced to natural calamity causing damage to the business, there was financial indiscipline in repayment of loan leading to issuance of notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAEISI Act, 2002. Having submitted representation dated 3rd August, 2011 before the Bank for consideration of settlement of the loan account on easy terms, the Petitioner has approached to this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party-Bank.

This Court vide order dated 13th December, 2012 while issuing notice directed as an interim measure not to take coercive action against the Petitioner's Unit till the next date. 4.
At the time of hearing today, counsel for the Petitioner has filed a Memo dated 4th August, 2022 seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition, as the matter has been settled through OTS. The said memo is taken on record.

In view of the memo for withdrawal, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
