2. Heard Mr. P.K.Parhi, learned ASGI for the petitioner and Dr.J.K.Lenka, learned counsel for opp. party No.1. 3.

Against the violation of interim order passed in O.A. No.796 of 2013, the petitioner had approached the Tribunal in C.P. No.24 of 2015 and against the order dated 18.05.2016 passed in C.P. No.24 of 2015, the petitioner has approached this Court in the present writ petition. 4.

Learned counsel for the opp. party No.1 contended that in the meantime, O.A. No.796 of 2013 has been disposed of vide order dated 03.07.2019 and against the said order, the writ petition preferred by the Govt. of India is pending before this Court.
