Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that even after service of copy on the learned counsel for O.P.4 in the Writ Petition, he is not responding to Court. 3.
Considering the submission that the Petitioner bona fidely filed this restoration application on asking of the Court to come with application of CMAPL, this Court finds, it is bona fide not intentional. Therefore, prayer for condonation of delay stands allowed. Considering the submission made, prayer for restoration of W.P.(C) No.5401 of 2013 also stands allowed. 4.
