1. An affidavit has tendered by the Informant-Opposite Party No.2 in Court today along with the Vakalatnama stating that she has settled the dispute between the Petitioner and does not want to proceed with the complaint. The said affidavit as well as the Vakalatnama is taken on record.

2. In that view of the matter, C.T.(Special) Case No.50 of 2017, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kamakhyanagar corresponding to Bhuban P.S. Case No.203 of 2017 and all proceedings and orders consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The petition is disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Court below forthwith.
