Considering that the Petitioner is suffering for non-grant of interim protection even after filing of an application seeking protection from the demolition bearing Misc. Case No.80 of 2021 vide Annexure10 and keeping in view the fact that the proceeding before the Collector, Balasore is unable to be taken up for the reason of pandemic situation due to COVID19 or the Election Process, this Court while granting interim protection in favour of the Petitioner, directs all the parties concerned to maintain status quo as on today in respect of the property of the Petitioner, if any, standing over in between plot nos.1018 & 1021, Govt. Khata No.665, Mouza-Kamarpur, Unit-6 under Soro Municipality for a period of one & half months. It is further directed that within which time the interim application at the instance of the Petitioner shall be heard and disposed of by the Collector, Balasore.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
