1. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal.

2. There is a delay of 123 days in filing of appeal. However, the reasons given for delay are not convincing. In view of the decision of the Supreme Court in The State of Madhya Pradesh v. Bherulal 2020 SCC OnLine SC 849, the Court is not satisfied that the explanation offered for the delay is convincing or bonafide.Consequently, the I.A is dismissed.

3.As a result the writ appeal is dismissed.
