This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 15.02.2022 and also for extension of time to surrender in the Court below as per the said order. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the case is now pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, Aska in I.C.C. Case No.03 of 2021 and the petitioners may be permitted to surrender before the said Court to comply with the order dated 03.02.2022 and the date

// 2 // of surrender be extended.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are permitted to surrender before the learned Addl. Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, Aska in I.C.C. Case No.03 of 2021 and time of surrender is extended till 13.05.2022.

It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted to the petitioners.

The rest part of the order dated 03.02.2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
