1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he was granted interim bail on 10.03.2022 for a period of one month, but he has not surrendered yet.

4. A letter received from the Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Koraput stating that the petitioner has not surrendered and Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued and proceeding under Section 446 of Cr.P.C. has also been initiated against the sureties. The case is posted to 09.09.2022 for production of the petitioner.

4. Since the petitioner has misutilised the liberty granted to him, this court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

5. Accordingly, this BLAPL is dismissed.
