In view of settlement made by the Commissioner, Odisha State Commission for Women, this Court is not sitting as an executing court to execute the order passed by the Commissioner, Odisha State Commission for Women. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
