None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. 3.

This writ petition was filed on 30.12.2014. Earlier when the matter was listed on 13.02.2015 before the Dy. Registrar (Judicial), none had appeared for the petitioner and it was directed that the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be removed within one week, failing which the matter would be placed before the Bench of orders. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 03.03.2015 and this Court directed the petitioner to remove the defect within a period of two weeks. In the meantime, seven years have passed. But till date, the defects have not been removed. 4.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant further time to remove the defects. Accordingly, the writ petition

stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 13.02.2015 and 03.03.2015.
