This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that CRLREV No.768 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 05.05.2022 but in paragraph-3, 4th line, 5th line, 8th line and 9th line, paragraph-4 3rd line and paragraph-7 5th line of the said order, where it has been wrongly mentioned in paragraph-3 4th line as "complaint" instead of "petition dated 04.07.2017 (Annexure-3)", 5th line "under Section 138 of N.I. Act" be deleted and "allowed after trial" instead of "rejected" and 8th line the figure "156 of 2016" instead of "256 of

// 2 // 2016" and in 9th line of said para "and Section 138 of the N.I. Act" be deleted, paragraph-4 3rd line the words "Section 138 of N.I. Act" be deleted and paragraph-7 5th line "(Annexure-5)" instead of "(Annexure-1)" and the same line the figure "253/2016" instead of "256/2016 (Annexure-2)".

Accordingly, it is directed that in paragraph-3, 4th line, 5th line, 8th line and 9th line, paragraph-4 3rd line and paragraph-7 5th line of the order dated 05.05.2022 it be mentioned in paragraph-3 4th line as "petition dated 04.07.2017 (Annexure-3)" in place of "complaint", 5th line "under Section 138 of N.I. Act" be deleted, same line be mentioned as "rejected" in place of "allowed after trial", in 8th line it be mentioned as "256 of 2016" in place of "156 of 2016" and 9th line of para-3 "and Section 138 of the N.I. Act" be deleted, in paragraph4 3rd line the words, "Section 138 of N.I. Act" be deleted and in paragraph-7 it be mentioned as "(Annexure-)" in place of "(Annexure-5)" and in the same line the figure be mentioned as "256/2016 (Annexure-2)" in place of "253/2016", rest part of the order remaining the same.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
