1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard Mr. J.K.Majhi, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S.K,.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioners are in custody since 14th August 2021 in connection with Rupsa P.S. Case No.91/2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.713/2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C. (R), Balasore for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 395 of I.P.C.

4. Having regard to the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that one of the co-accused namely, Kanhei @ Gajendra Das has already been released on bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No.10644 of 2021, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.
5. Let the Petitioners be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter including the condition that they shall personally appear before the court below on each date of posting of the case, failing which necessary orders shall be passed to take them into custody again. Further, they shall appear before the I.I.C. of Rupsa P.S. on every Monday at 10.30 A.M. for a period of six months.
6. The BLAPL is disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
