The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to record Plot No.836 to an extent of Ac.0.38 dec. and Plot No. 837 to an extent of Ac.0.35 dec. under Khata No. 590 situated in Mouza Gobindpur under Damapara Tahasil in the district of Cuttack in his name.

In course of hearing, Mr. Behera learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ petition to file properly constituted application in Form-1 under Rule 5(2) of the Odisha Government Land Settlement Rules, 1983 for settlement of aforesaid land.

Considering such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
