1. Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal in accordance with law in terms of the statute in question. If such appeal is filed not later than 4th July, 2022, accompanied by an application for condonation of delay, citing the pendency of the present petition as the reason for the delay, such application shall be considered on its merits by the Appellate Authority. The Court clarifies it is not expressed any view in the matter.

2. The original of the Annexures be returned counsel for the Petitioners subject to their being substituted with attested photo copies thereof.
