This C.M.P. has been filed seeking early disposal of an Order No.

application under Order 39, Rule 2-A of the Code of Civil Procedure pending on Board of the trial court. Keeping in view the serious allegation with regard to violation of a status quo order by the opposite parties, there involves urgency in taking up such matter. In the event there is no objection filed in the application under Order 39, Rule 2-A of the Code of Civil Procedure, the opposite parties may be provided at least one week time for filing of such objection and all possible steps shall be taken by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bhadrak in concluding the hearing of the application under Order 39, Rule 2-A of the Code of Civil Procedure bearing I.A.No.292 of 2021 arising out of C.S.No.360 of 2020 at least within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. 2.
