1. Admittedly, the truck in question has already been released.

2. As far as the challenge to the confiscation of order is concerned, it is open to the Petitioner to file a revision petition. If such petition is filed not later than 1st March, 2022 it will be considered on merits by the Commissioner, who will proceed to do so irrespective of the approval granted by his predecessor to the confiscation on the administrative side. If the revision petition is filed within the time stipulated, it shall be decided at the earliest preferably within a period of three months.
