1. Given the nature of the domestic enquiry and the charges involved and the fact that the Opposite Party-Workman has by now superannuated, the Court sees no purpose being served in interfering with the impugned Award of the Labour Court, which in any event was stayed by this Court in the present petition since 24th February, 2011.

2. The petition is accordingly disposed of. The interim order dated 24th February 2011, stands vacated.
