Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the decision of the State Government as published in the news items vide Annexure-3 with regard to the decision of the Policy Planning Body Meeting contained under paragraphs-1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.5 of the OJEE-2012, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.
