The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 29.08.2012 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 2952 (C)/2012 refusing to grant interim order.

This Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum as the original application is pending for adjudication.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
