This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This Court vide order dated 02.09.2014 directed to remove the defects as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within a week. But till date the same has not been removed by filing deficit Court fee during the period from 03.05.2014 to 22.12.2021. 3.

In such view of the matter, due to non-compliance of the order dated 02.09.2014, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for noncompliance of the Order dated 02.09.2014. Ashok/Padma (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE (S.K. MISHRA) JUDGE
