This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case arising out of Khurda P.S. Case No.0489 of 2019 (1CC No.19 of 2019) pending on the file of S.D.J.M., Khurda within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further condition that the Petitioner shall not indulge himself in commission of any similar type of offence(s). Violation of any of the above condition(s) would entail cancellation of bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
