1. For the reasons stated therein, the application for modification of order dated 8th December, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 11455 of 2014 is allowed.

2. Para 1 of the said order dated 8th December, 2022 now be read as under:

"1. In this writ petition challenging an assessment order dated 25th April, 2014 under Section 9 of the Odisha Entry Tax Act, 1999 (OET Act) notice was issued way back on 5th January, 2015 and the impugned demand was stayed. For the last nearly 8 years, no reply has been filed by the State."

3. The order dated 8th December, 2022 is modified to the above extent only.
