This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that on completion of investigation, final report has been submitted indicating therein that it is a false case.

In view of such submission made by the learned counsel for the State and since there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner, the ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Interim order dated 25.03.2021 stands vacated. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
