1. The challenge in the present petition is only to an order passed by the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Bhubaneswar (Tribunal) allowing restoration Misc. Case No. 15 of 2009 filed by the Opposite Party-workmen and restoring the Industrial Case No. 1 of 2007 to the file of the Tribunal. Considering the limited relief granted, the Court is not persuaded to interfere with the impugned order.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner-Management informs the Court that Management had three units none of which is now operational and therefore, the revival of the Industrial Case may be a futile exercise. Be that as it may, it is for the Tribunal to decide whether in fact the case has been rendered infructuous.

3. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The writ petition is dismissed.
