2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the FIR in connection with Rourkela Mahial P.S. Case No.19 of 2011 corresponding to G.R Case No.374 of 2011 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M, Panposh.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2012. Defect pointed out by the S.R. has not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

5. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed non-prosecution.
