This writ petition is filed with an allegation of nonconsideration of the objection of the Petitioners in the process of finalization of the reservation list as appearing at Annexure-1. 2.

Learned counsel for Petitioner submitted that Petitioners have already submitted their objection before the Collector, Balasore and there has been no service of outcome.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court observes, if the Petitioners have already submitted their objection before the Collector, Balasore within appropriate time, the same is required to be considered by the Collector before making final publication of the reservation list. This

// 2 // Court finds, this writ petition becomes premature at this stage. In the process this Court directs, in the event the State-authorities are already in receipt of the objection of the Petitioners and there is outcome, they must supply a copy of the outcome thereon to the Petitioners within a period of three days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioners. It is also made clear that basing on such outcome, if the Petitioners are so advised, may re-approach the Court with proper grounds.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 5.

Free copy of this order be handed over to the learned State Counsel for communication purpose.
