This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioners at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last two consecutive dates on 23.11.2022 and 15.09.2022. Further, noting in the cause list discloses that neither A.D. nor un-served notice is received back from O.P. No.2, but the Petitioners have not appeared today to address the Court whether they are interested to take steps for issuance of notice against O.P. No.2 in correct address.

In view of the aforesaid facts, it is presumed that the Petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed.
