CORAM:

JUSTICE K.R. MOHAPATRA

ORDER

Order No.

26.07.2022 3.

1.

This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2.

The Appellant in this appeal seeks to assail the order dated 16th November, 2009 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Aska in Gua.A.P. No.2 of 2005 (Gua.A.P. No.14 of 2005 GDC) rejecting the petition filed by him under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890. 3.

Mr. Senapati, learned counsel for the Appellant submits that since the children have attained majority, the appeal has become infructuous. In support of his contention, he files a memo in Court today, which is taken on record. 4.

In view of such submission, the GUAP Appeal is disposed of as infructuous.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
