This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.
2. Heard Mr. S.N. Patnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties no.1 and 2 to comply with the order dated 23.07.2018 under Annexure-6 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.1912 of 2017 and as a consequential order thereto grant 3rd RACP benefit of Rs.5400/- w.e.f. 14.01.2015 along with proper fixation of pay under ORSP Rules, 2017 and grant all consequential arrear financial benefits.
4. As it appears, Addl. Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Personnel & Administration), Odisha vide Annexure-7 dated 18.08.2018 has recommended to opposite party no.1 for issuance of issue necessary direction to
implement the order dated 23.07.2018 under Annexure-6 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.1912 of 2017. It is contended that the same is still pending for consideration and direction may be issued to consider the same.
5. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to act upon the recommendation made by Addl. Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Personnel & Administration), Odisha vide Annexure-7 dated 18.08.2018 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of this order.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
