This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Prayer for modification has been made on the ground that because of financial stringency, the petitioner has not been able to furnish cash security of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) as directed by this Court. As such despite being granted bail as per the order passed on 15.03.2022, he is still in custody.

Having regard to the fact that this Court has been inclined to grant him bail and he has not been released as yet, the prayer for modification is allowed to the extent that the amount of cash security shall be Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with other conditions in the said order remaining the same.

The I.A is accordingly disposed of.
