This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "

PRAYER It is, therefore, humble prayed that your lordship's would graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, call for the records from the office of the Opp. Party and Issue notice in Rule NISI or in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other writs calling upon the Opp. Party to the file the show cause as to why the process of the creation of New Revenue Village which are the hamlet from original Revenue village within a stipulated time as per the notification dated 28/7/2021 within a stipulated time, in the facts and circumstances narrated above.

And in the event of the Opp.party fails to file the show cause or files the show insufficient cause the said Rule be made absolute, the direction be issued to Opp. party, to complete the creation of new revenue village "HALADIA (HAMLET)" before the sabik (Old) revenue Village "TORANA", within a

Considering the submissions made by the parties and without expressing any opinion on the claim of the Petitioner, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.6 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto. 3.

The entire exercise shall be completed involving all the parties concerned within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above order. 5.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
