The petitioner in this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.") has prayed for quashing of the order of cognizance dated 18.07.2011 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Bissam Cuttack in 1.C.C. Case No.4 of 2011 taking cognizance of the offences under Section 420 of IPC and Section 138 of the N.I. Act on the ground that no prima-facie case is made out against them. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on behalf of Mr. Panda could not advance any contention when the matter is called challenging the impugned order.

On going through the materials available on record, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of cognizance. Hence, this CRLMC filed challenging the impugned order stands dismissed. Interim order dated 03.12.2011 passed by this Court stands vacated. 5.
