The petitioner has assailed the advertisement contend in Annexure-7 regarding engagement of Management Training which relates to the year 2009 in (Annexure-7).

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.3 and learned senior counsel Mr. Panigrahi for Opposite Party No.2 and taking into account the recitals in the Writ application the same has rendered infructuous. 5.
