The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to transfer O.A. No.1241 (C) of 2002 pending before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack to this Court. 3.

Mr. J.K. Digal, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the original application is pending before this Court, on being transferred from the Tribunal, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
