This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. in Dhenkanal Sadar P.S. Case No.138 of 2010 and the criminal proceeding in G.R. Case No.432 of 2010, pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw this Criminal Misc. Case with liberty to the Petitioners to seek quashemnt of the cognizance/charge, if the case is still pending. 4.

Giving such liberty to the Petitioners, the CRLMC stands disposed of.
