This matter is taken up through Videoconferencing Mode. 2.

Heard Mr.Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Dash, learned Additional Government Advocate. 3.

According to Mr. Sahu, the Petitioner is aggrieved by inaction of the Special Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation and Resettlement Officer, Lower Suktel Irrigation Project, Bolangir (OP No.4) in releasing house compensation amount in her favour.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that though the Petitioner has filed representations before the Opposite Party No.4 on 7th February, 2017 and 10th November, 2021 under Annexure-3 series, however, till date nothing has been done in the matter. He further prays that a direction may be issued to said Opposite Party to take a decision on the above noted representations of the Petitioner under Annexure-3 series within a specific time period. 5.

Considering such submission and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted representations in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the

// 2 // date of production of certified copy of this order after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the interested parties including the Petitioner as well as her father and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner. 6.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
