This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 06.09.2010 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Basudevpur in G.R. Case No.227 of 2010 wherein the learned J.M.F.C. has taken cognizance under Sections 341/294/354/506 IPC against him.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.
