2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 04.12.2013 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in G.R. Case No.615 of 2011 wherein the learned S.D.J.M. has taken cognizance under Sections 420/34 IPC against them.

3. None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter was called.

4. Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
