1. The Petitioner's representation at Annexures 8, 9 & 10 shall be examined by the Collector, Kendrapara (Opposite Party No.1) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as the Opposite Party Nos.4 to 12 and after giving them all an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 9th May, 2022 and the same be communicated to the parties not later than 16th May, 2022. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

2. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
