This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

It is alleged that in spite of a direction of this Court given in W.P.(C) No.37715 of 2020 thereby targeting the Lease Case no.376/69, the same is yet to be concluded 3.
Considering the submissions made by the parties and keeping in view the constrain faced by the public authorities due to the pandemic situation for COVID-19 as well as the Election process being conducted in the State, this Court directs, if the proceeding vide Lease Case No.37715 of 2020 remains undisposed of in spite of a targeting direction of this Court, the same shall be disposed of by the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar-O.P.2 within a period of four months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. 4.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
