The Petitioners have filed the present contempt petition for the alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 05.02.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.24218 of 2012. 3.

Upon notice, the compliance affidavit dated 6th May, 2022 of the Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar has been filed in Court. 4.

Mr. Manoj Kumar Khuntia, Additional Government Advocate states that in view of the contents of the Paragraphs-5 to 7, it is apparent that the directions have been duly complied with. 5.

At the time of hearing, counsel for the Petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the present contempt petition. 6.
