Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Having regard to the fact that the grounds raised before this Court challenging the order of cognizance passed by the Court below can also be raised before the Court below at the appropriate stage, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage. It is however open to the petitioners to raise all such grounds as are available to them in law in the Court below by filing appropriate application at the appropriate stage.

CRLMC is disposed of accordingly.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of Covid-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the
